All our food items are baked fresh to order and shipped in temperature-controlled, insulated packaging with ice packs to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer next-day delivery across the UK for orders placed before 12 PM. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, with free delivery available on orders over £50.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Yes, you can select a preferred delivery date at the checkout stage, which is perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or special events.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
We pride ourselves on inclusivity and offer a dedicated range of vegan and gluten-free pasties and hampers. Please check the 'Dietary Requirements' section of our shop.
What is your policy on returns and refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
How should I store my pasties once they arrive?
Pasties should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival. They can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheating instructions are included in every box.
